Who We Are

Bluemetal Sdn Bhd is a privately owned company with 35 years of sheet metal experience. We started in humble beginnings with small stamping machines and now have grown to have the full suite of sheet metal and machining equipment.

Our current capabilities are CNC Turning, CNC Tapping Centre, Sheet Metal Stamping, Powder Coating, Prototyping, TIG & MIG welding, Wire Forming, Assembly, and Jigs & Fixtures.

Some of our key activities include:

Prototyping and small lot production using CNC laser and turret punching, CNC bending.

Pre-treatment and powder coating on a range of metal substrates.

High production stamping using small and big presses.

Design and manufacture of welding, assembly and quality control checking jigs.

In 2012, Bluemetal moved to our current, purpose built facilities. We share the site with our sister company - Cincaria Sdn. Bhd, an electronics assembly manufacturer and are currently leveraging on our strengths to work on electromechanical projects together.
